Job Description:

3-4 years of experience in Web Development with minimum of 3 years using PHP and Flash. Proven experience in developing with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Tableless layout using DIV tags DOM, HTML/DHTM, Javascript, Web 2.0 and JSON,AJAX & Flash. Knowledge and experience of UNIX software including MySQL & Apache. Knowledge in Flex will be an added advantage Experience in managing a team of developers and working in a shared source control environment. Exposure to multiple domains including Finance, Banking, HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Petroleum, Energy, Mortgage, Brokerage, Telecom, Logistics, etc. will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for software development, an understanding of the latest trends in technologies, platforms and frameworks (including Drupal, Wordpress, Zend and CodeIgniter) , and a desire to keep themselves current within the discipline.

This role requires a Bachelor degree in relevant discipline. Industry certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English), good analytical abilities are a must. Performance skills: Fast learner, motivation to learn both the software and the business processes, analytical skills, commitment to task, communication/relational, listening and understanding, result and customer service oriented, ability to work to tight deadlines and to go above and beyond to deliver quality solutions.
