Job Description:

3-4 years of experience in SDLC with minimum 3 years using .Net Technologies, Proven experience in developing with C# and ASP.NET, Web Services, XML, JSON etc, preferably in an N-Tier Architecture delivering large public domain solutions platforms/RIA/MVC frameworks, experience in C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Webforms, Javascript, CSS, XML, HTML/XHTML, .Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5, AJAX, Microsoft Reports, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services are essential, Experience in managing a team of developers and working in a shared source environment. Exposure to multiple domains, including Finance, Banking, HealthCare, Pharmaceutical,Oil and Petroleum,Energy,Mortgage, Brokerage, Telecom,Logistics, etc. will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for software development, an understanding of the latest technologies (including WCF, WPF, WWF and MVC), and a desire to keep themselves current within the discipline.

This role requires a Bachelor degree in relevant discipline. Microsoft Certified .Net developers preferred. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English oral and written) and good analytical abilities are a must. Performance skills: Fast learner, motivation to learn both the software and the business processes, analytical skills, commitment to task, communication/relational, listening and understanding, result and customer service oriented, ability to work to tight deadlines and to go above and beyond to deliver quality solutions.
