Job Description

    * Attending the customer calls and queries, & providing first level  remote support.
    * Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer  support engineer
    * Resolving the problem remotely through netmeeting and also  telephonic support
    * Preparing daily and monthly reports
    * Vendor Management
    * Training will be provided for freshers.
