Job Description:

2-3 years of experience in Web Development with minimum 2 years experience in using HTML/CSS. Knowledge and Experience in HTML, CSS, Tableless layout using DIV tags, HTML/DHTML, XHTML, Javascript(Basic), AJAX(Basic), Flash and Photoshop Familiarity, Dreamweaver, Fireworks. Knowledge and experience in Web 2.0 usability and design principles within a commercial web development environment, experience of dealing with cross browser compatibility issues (particularly IE, Safari, Firefox & Chrome). Proficiency & ability to build tight, standards compliant Web 2.0 UI using HTML, XHTML and CSS. Experience in Customizing UIs with javascipt libraries like jQuery or Prototype preferred. Knowledge in W3C validation is a mus Knowledge / interest to learn upcoming HTML and CSS technologies (HTML 5 spec, CSS 3, etc.)
Preferred Skills:

A Bachelor degree would be preferred but is not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English), good analytical abilities are a must. Performance skills: Fast learner, motivation to learn both the software and the business processes, analytical skills, commitment to task, communication/relational, listening and understanding, result and customer service oriented, ability to work to tight deadlines and to go above and beyond to deliver quality solutions.
